Working in the construction industry since 1987 as a carpenter-cabinetmaker, Serge fosters a work ethic based on hard work and superior quality, which has contributed to the building of his strong reputation. Today, he manages, directs and guides all areas of the business. Since the very beginning, he has been able to count on the help and support of his family.

Through her university studies and various management internships, Mélodie has acquired a myriad of professional and personal skills. Passionate about her work, she is also highly motivated to work with the other members of the team in order to achieve business growth. Her role is to oversee strategy development and quality control so as to ensure innovation, building quality and customer satisfaction.

Amélie obtained a degree in business management, completed a three-month internship in Europe, travelled around China for five months, and then became a real estate broker. She also acts as exclusive cooperating broker for Rheault Construction. Her various roles in this family-run business have a direct impact on customers and their level of satisfaction.
